The 17-year-old, from Salisbury, has been arrested on suspicion of placing an item with the intent to induce belief it may explode or ignite.

He has also been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage in relation to graffiti on the outside of the building.

The incident at Salisbury Law Courts caused the closure of Wilton Road for several hours on Wednesday the 3rd August.
