Milford Hall Hotel sold to new owners

On Monday, 8 August 2022, Milford Hall Hotel & Spa in Salisbury was sold to new owners and a new management company.

The hotel in the heart is Salisbury city centre was acquired for an undisclosed sum by Zarfeen Group & Investments.

The Zarfeen Group is a privately owned hospitality group with investments in the hospitality sector. The hotel will be operated by Brightstar Hospitality Management. 

General Manager, Jon Gettings, said, “The hotel team and I are excited to join Brightstar Hospitality. Together we will continue to provide the best in hospitality at Milford Hall Hotel & Spa. We pride ourselves on the level of service offered by all staff, and we’re constantly working on creating the best experience for guests that we possibly can.”

Well known in Salisbury and beyond, Milford Hall Hotel & Spa is described as “the perfect base for guests who want to explore Wiltshire’s top attractions, including Salisbury Cathedral, which is just a 10-minute stroll away from the hotel.”

The Georgian manor house has 45 spacious bedrooms, some of which feature four poster beds, ornate fireplaces, and freestanding baths. The hotel also houses The Lime Tree Spa, where guests can relax, be pampered and take a dip in the hot tub.

The hotel also has an Italian restaurant on site. In the lounges and on the terrace, luxurious afternoon teas are served.

The 45-bedroom property on Castle Street, Salisbury, is the 13th addition to the Brightstar portfolio. The group say they plan to expand across the country with several acquisitions in the pipeline.
