Taste Salisbury is two weeks away

The countdown to the most anticipated culinary event of the year has officially begun!

Salisbury will come alive in just two weeks with the tantalizing aromas, exquisite flavours, and extraordinary talent that defines Taste Salisbury 2023.

The annual food festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, offering an unforgettable experience for food enthusiasts and connoisseurs.

Unique Experiences at Taste Salisbury 2023

Professor Charles Spence from Oxford University is a world-famous experimental psychologist bringing his cutting-edge food research to Salisbury on 29 September at 7:30pm.

‘Sound Bites & Sonic Seasoning’ is an immersive and multi-sensory evening exploring how what we hear can affect what we taste. Ticket price includes a selection of wines tried alongside various sounds which will surprise and delight every mind!

Salisbury favourite ‘Rums & Drums’ is back at 7pm on 29 September 2023 – a one-of-a-kind rum-tasting evening with one of the world’s leading experts Artisan Wine and Spirit Co., accompanied by a delicious meal theatrically cooked on an open fire by the brilliant Roam Catering.

Omari McQueen’s mission to transform the way we think about food continues as he whips up some delicious vegan treats on 30 September – perfect for budding young chefs!

And Lorna Cooper, founder of the Facebook community ‘Feed Your Family for about £20 a week’ will be cooking and talking to Salisbury Foodbank – giving you some great tips, tricks, and advice on cooking good, hearty food while on a budget!
