Song for Christmas is here

Beginning today, Salisbury Radio will be playing festive songs performed by 17 local schools.

Salisbury Radio’s elf has been running around our local schools, recording them singing their Christmas songs, ready to delight you on the radio in the lead-up to Christmas.

Every weekday at 8:20, we will debut the song from a school; it will be repeated at 3:20, just in case you missed it.

To hear the songs, tune into Craig Hicks at Breakfast or get Grant Francis on for your drive home to hear the carols, pop classics and other Christmas songs.

You will also be able to download the tracks from our website each morning after Craig has played the song for the first time on the radio.

You will also be able to buy the entire collection from tomorrow morning, all 17 tracks, for just £7.50

All the proceeds from downloads will be given to Salisbury Hospice Charity to help support them in their amazing work.

The schools are competing for the Song for Christmas trophy, AND the winning school will also receive £200 in book tokens thanks to our friends at Guyatts Storage.
