Senior golfers come to High Post Golf Club for English Senior Ladies Amateur Championship

The top senior golfers in England are currently competing at High Post Golf Club to decide the outcome of a prestigious national title.

The long-established English Senior Women’s Amateur Championship started at the Wiltshire venue yesterday (9th May 2022) with golfers competing until Friday (13th May 2022).

The women’s event will see two days of stroke play with the top 32 qualifiers proceeding to the match play section of the championship where they will compete for the Wendy Taylor Salver.

The players with the 16 lowest scores after the stroke play rounds, who are aged 60 or over on the first day of the championship, will qualify for the match play stages of the Ann Howard Trophy.
