Local businessman Nick Jones is celebrating after his One-Stop property management company in Durrington have completed their 1,700th maintenance job.
After years managing other businesses Nick Jones from Durrington founded One-Stop Property Services, a self-owned business which has now been trading for six years.
Last week, Nick accepted an award in Exeter as “Winner of the South-West England Property Management Specialists of the Year Award 2020/21” at the ‘Prestige Awards’.
His company offers a range of lettings and property management services. One-Stop also carry out complete maintenance services including plumbing, electrical, decoration, locksmith, and much more.
The Salisbury based entrepreneur tells Salisbury Radio, “The business hires a reliable team of trusted sub-contractors who are credited as the backbone of their success. One-Stop is committed to great customer service, efficient, high quality workmanship at a competitive cost.”
In addition to their industry award, the company recently celebrated their 1700th maintenance job.
Nick who is rightly proud of filling his company’s trophy cabinet says, “We have a wealth of certifications including an ARLA Qualification of Excellence, PRS Membership and Accreditation from Alcumus Safecontractor for H&S.
“Honesty, trustworthiness and compliance comes above all else”.
Nick adds that he sees reputation and recommendations as his company’s proudest achievements. One-stop continues to have regular clients such as the MOD and Disability Housing Associations.
“All clients are treated the same”, adds Nick. “Whether big or small our motto is ‘We’ll look after your home like it was our own’”.
