Large crowds gathered in Guildhall Square and Market Place yesterday (1st October) for Foodie Sunday, the final event of Taste Salisbury 2023.
There was a plethora of street food options, from pancakes to curries, something for all tastes; there was also live music and food demonstrations.
A range of local chefs and cooks gave demonstrations on stage, including Danny from Charter 1227, Lorna Feed your Family for £20 and Vaughans Kitchen.
On the music stage, Charlie Greenwood and Tom & the Clementynes were the music acts that Salisbury Radio hosted.
There were amazing cakes judged in the Great Salisbury Bake Off, judged by Mayor Atiqul Hoque, who was also on hand to hand out the prizes for the winners and runners-up in each category.
Six intrepid participants took part in an eating contest, taking on a half-meter sausage and a pint of Gritchie cider.
