Harnham Neighbourhood Association is revealing their assessment of the outline plans for Harnhams’ big junctions -the Gyratory and Exeter roundabout.

A lack of safety and heavy HGVs and their impact are considered in a proposal drawn up by the architect /master planner for HNA to improve matters.
The HEAT project which is a major re- plan of the Odstock Hospital site with its feeder road system through Harnham and serving S. Wiltshire over a single
bridge has now had its master plan approved and will also be presented by the development team . It includes eventual creation of a University Life Science Department and reorganisation of the complex which has in the past been done piecemeal resulting in operational problems.
Requests to inform Harnham residents cocncerning highway proposals were ignored at a recent Area Board meeting and this
event to redress that situation.
