Brown Street’s wonky door to reopen this weekend

This Friday (6th May 2022) Salisbury marks the reopening of Brown Street, Salisbury’s outdoor courtyard venue showcasing live music and local street food vendors.

The yellow wonky door will reopen on Friday, May 6th at 4pm and again on Saturday from midday with free live music on both nights.

Polar States, a highly fancied four-piece from Liverpool, The Mezz and Signature Vision will all be taking to the stage on Friday. Saturday night sees The Brit Pop Boys take to the stage, playing the finest in 90’s indie music.

Adam Batchelor, Operations Director at Brown Street said, “All the staff here are super excited to be opening the venue again, after the restrictions of Summer 2021, this year we get the chance to give it a go in full flow. We’ve got a plethora of ideas for the venue over the next six months, which we aim to try out and see what we can bring to the city.

“As for our street food vendors, Benjammins Caribbean Flavours are back after a very successful first innings. We also have a great selection of pop up vendors who will alternate throughout, in order to create an ever-changing atmosphere.”
