Speaking to the Salon owner, Magdalena Miller said, “Because of the situation people are leaving the country with nothing or they are still there and they have nothing. We have got to help them.

“I have been posting about this collection online and I am shocked about how many people want to help.

“This is what Poland is doing and now the Polish community in the UK are helping too. There are lots of drop off points in the UK, some in Bournemouth and Southampton area, so I have decided to start working with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity.”

Donations will be given to the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, who will transport the items to Ukraine and the Polish border to help those who have had to flee their homes due to the war.

People will be able to drop items off at the salon from tomorrow (1st March 2022) from 9.00am-6.00pm.
