  • CAMRA promotes bus and train travel to visit pubs

    A campaign to promote using buses and trains to visit pubs in small towns and rural areas in South Wiltshire and further afield has been launched by the local branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).

  • Salisbury travel to Chesham hoping to pick up points

    Salisbury FC are on the road to Chesham this evening (18th February) for the third meeting between the two sides this season, for a match which was rescheduled after the initial date was called off due to a waterlogged pitch.

  • Engineering work to affect trains between Salisbury and Yeovil

    Train services will change on the West of England Line between Salisbury and Yeovil Junction between 22nd February and 28th February, with no trains calling at Sherborne or Templecombe stations all week, while Network Rail completes vital improvements to the railway in the Gillingham area.
