Six, suspected of running a county line into Wiltshire, charged with drug offences

Six people, suspected to be running a county line from London to Wiltshire, have been charged with drug offences.

Stephen Adetoyi, 26, of Orchard Vale, Midsomer Norton, was charged with one count of conspiring to supply a Class A drug in Wiltshire, one count of being concerned in supply of cocaine and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug in Avon and Somerset. He has been remanded in custody.

Jake Edmunds, 24, of Ashley Road, Salisbury, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and has been remanded in custody.

Ittipoom Khanchanakub, 21, of St Andrews Road, South Newton, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and has been remanded in custody.

Jack Roche, 28, of Guildford Road, Brighton, was charged with being concerned in supply of cocaine and has been remanded in custody.

Jonathan Turford, 41, of Philip Road, Wilton, was charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and has been remanded in custody.

Gerard Mulimbi, 21, of Philip Road, Wilton, was charged with being concerned about the supply of cocaine and has been remanded in custody.

All six are due to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on May 8th.

A woman in her 40s from Midsomer Norton was also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug and has been released under investigation.

It comes after officers carried out a series of warrants in Salisbury, London and the Avon and Somerset area and seized around 250g of cocaine along with more than £1500 in cash.

Detective Sergeant Ted Roe, from the Burglary and Serious Youth Gang Violence Team, said: “We will not hesitate to take robust action against those we suspect of dealing in drugs. Dealing can bring untold misery and damage to our communities.

"But we need your help. We need you to be our eyes and ears in your community and let us know if something is not right.

“If you suspect drug offences are taking place in your area, please call us on 101. In an emergency, always call 999.”
