Salisbury travel to Berkshire on Saturday for their latest Vanarama National League South tie, to play Slough Town.
This is the second of the two league matches between the sides this season. They last met in mid-August, when Salisbury won one-nil at the Ray Mac.
A Josh Hedges penalty was the goal that separated the two sides, which followed Lexus Beeden tangling with Ronan Silva in the box, and the referee showed the Slough defender a red card.
Slough then saw much of the ball in the second half, but Salisbury defended well to take all three points.
Both clubs have shown mixed form of late; with Slough just outside of the playoff spots in 9th place, they have won two of their last four. An FA Trophy win over Maidenhead last Saturday and a three-nil away win at Chippenham mixed with a defeat away at Chelmsford City and a young side that lost in a Berks and Bucks Senior Cup match away at Hungerford Town in their match on Tuesday (7th December).
Salisbury also have two wins in their last four games, a five-nil win over Hemel and the Isuzu FA Trophy win against Chesham United in midweek, alongside losses at home to Worthing and away at Bath City. Salisbury currently sit 19th in the league table.
Brian Dutton's side will have been buoyed by their win against Chesham on Tuesday. For the first time, they reached the Fourth Round of the FA Trophy, winning 3-2 at The Meadow, the goals coming from Callum Watts and Noah Coppin.
