Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is this week launching a new recruitment campaign to attract more Healthcare Assistants, Housekeeping Staff, and Administrators.
The new campaign #JoinOurPeople shines a spotlight on their people and features real-life employees to represent the different roles they have available and why people should come and work for Team Salisbury.
Starting this week adverts will appear locally in various places including the back of buses, local GP surgeries, supermarkets, social media, and a 45,000 leaflet drop.
The hospital is asking anyone who enjoys being part of a team, being busy, and taking pride in their work to come forward and visit worklife.salisbury.nhs.uk to view all their latest recruitment opportunities.
Chief People Officer Melanie Whitfield said: “Building a workplace for the future and recruiting the right people into the right roles is one of our top priorities. Our workforce is at the very centre of everything we do and our success is a testament to our amazing people.”
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust offers a range of flexible working options including school hours, nights, weekends, evenings, and long days that can be considered for any role. They also pay a minimum of £10.90 per hour which this winter makes them a real living wage employer. Visit worklife.salisbury.nhs.uk for all their latest recruitment opportunities.
