Brian Dutton and his team will secure a home tie in the play-off semi-finals if they beat Hanwell Town at the Ray Mac on Saturday.
Hanwell arrive still not assured of being safe from relegation as things are tight at both the top and the bottom of the Southern League Premier South table.
Salisbury have exceeded expectations this season and still have a chance of finishing second if results go their way. However, they could also finish as low as fourth.
Salisbury's form of late has improved, with three wins from the last six, winning last time out against Hayes and Yeading.
Hanwell are also in good form, having won their last two games against Plymouth Parkway and Hungerford Town, ending a run of four games without a win. However, they are not yet safe from relegation, making them a tricky proposition for the Whites.
It's just as tight in the relegation fight, with five teams able to join Harrow Borough and Didcot in the relegation places going into the last day of the season.
