A man was punched in the face and had hot coffee thrown over him in a road rage incident in Salisbury in mid-August.
In a statement, Wiltshire Police said, "We are appealing for witnesses following an assault on Devizes Road, Salisbury, in which a man suffered facial injuries.
"At around 6.55 am on August 14, a vehicle cut in front of another vehicle just down from the roundabout by Highbury Avenue. The driver got out of the vehicle and threw a hot coffee over the victim, and punched him in the face, requiring hospital treatment.
"It is believed the suspect was driving a silver Renault transit van. We would like to hear from anyone who saw what happened, has CCTV or doorbell footage of the incident.
