McFly and Craig David to headline Carfest

McFly and Craig David will take the mainstage alongside 90's indie band Texas in the headline slots at Carfest.

To kick off the party, CarFest has announced its stellar music line-up on the weekend of 25th-27th August at Laverstoke Park Farm, Hampshire

Fan-favourites McFly are back again to headline on Friday with 2023 marking 20 years since they first started gigging. Festival goers can expect to sing their hearts out to their timeless anthems of the last two decades. Headlining on Saturday is the legendary Craig David, who will return to his Hampshire roots after rising to global fame 25 years ago. Texas will be tearing up the stage as Sunday night’s headliner to close off what will be an epic Bank Holiday weekend.

Rick Astley will also be gracing the stage once more since his last appearance in 2020 - it’s safe to say he’s ‘never gonna give up’ CarFest. The other main-stage stars confirmed for 2023 include Alex Horne and the Horne Section, Billington & Quinn, BoyzLife, The Bootleg Beatles, The Dolly Parton Experience, The Feeling, Rick Partfitt Jnr. and Reef, as well as DJ sets from Gok Wan and James Haskell. Also, guests better burst out their best moves for The Village People when they perform their classic hit ‘YMCA’ on the main stage.

But it’s not just live music - CarFest has also announced its cohort of celebrities at this year’s event, such as Anton Du Beke, Ben Miller, Jimmy Carr, Rob Brydon, Russell Brand, and plenty more. Guests can expect discussions on a wide scope of topics within the entertainment world across the festival’s many star-studded stages, as well as opportunities to have their burning questions answered.

Following the momentous success of last year, CarFest 2023 will again host a whopping seven magical festivals in one: AdventureFest, FoodFest, KidsFest, RetroFest, SpaFest, StarFest, and of course, CarFest! Whether visitors love exploring the great outdoors, watching cars performing jaw-dropping stunts, or just want to hear from some of their favourite celebrities and wellness gurus, CarFest will have something for everyone.

The brainchild of radio presenter Chris Evans, CarFest will be entering its 12th year this August, and it promises to be the best yet. With enough activities and attractions to keep the whole family entertained - from live music, adventure and comedy to classic cars, famous faces and cookery demonstrations, it’s the perfect way to spend the Bank Holiday weekend.
