It's time to shop the Rock! Boutique shopping fair returns this Autumn

The Rockbourne Fair, in support of Salisbury Hospital's Stars Appeal, returns to Salisbury Racecourse from Wednesday 19th - Friday 21st of October.

Featuring over 100 boutique suppliers with products that won’t find on the high street, the fair provides the chance to shop everything from fashion, cosmetics and jewellery, to luxury homeware, gourmet food and toys.

Here, people can meet to socialise and shop, while knowing that they are supporting small business owners and a local charity.

The fair raises vital funds in support of the Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s charity. Each year, the Stars Appeal aims to raise at least £1million to enhance care for patients across all Wards and Departments at Salisbury District Hospital and support the NHS staff who care for them.

Last year despite a 30% reduction in the number of stalls for Covid-safety, the Fair managed to raise over £50,000.

Lord Pembroke, President of the Stars Appeal said, “The Rockbourne Fair is a brilliant opportunity to support the Stars Appeal – Salisbury Hospital’s Charity, whilst getting a head start on your Christmas shopping!

"We are so grateful to the voluntary organising committee for their hard work and dedication to this wonderful annual fair. The money raised will help us to fund projects that make such a difference for patients and staff at Salisbury District Hospital.”

Bev Moulding, Committee Chair commented, “We are delighted to be back again this year, providing Salisbury a unique shopping experience with the very best stalls. The fair prides itself on the breadth of the offering, with something for all ages. We look forward to raising some much-needed funds for Salisbury
Hospital.
