Over 80 brave people walked on glass and fire, or both, in Guildhall Square in Salisbury last night, raising a tremendous amount of money for Salisbury Hospice Charity.
Fundraising figures have topped £27,000, vital funds that will go towards the running costs of the hospice.
The event was run by Scott and his team from UK Firewalks, and there was firey entertertainment courtesy of Jasmine and Cordy from Steamship Circus.
A large crowd gathered as the participants went through the briefing. They were given instructions first of how to tackle the glass walk.
Each person walked the glass slowly but confidently, before having their feet swept to make sure there were no shards remaining on their feet.
The crowd grew even more in time for the fire walk as more people joined in cheering on the participants.
The average fire temperature was measured, exceeding 540 degrees, and the long line of around 80 people walked bravely across the hot coals.
