The Festive Fayre due to be held at Beaulieu in December in what the organisers call 'incredibly challenging circumstances.
The Festive Fayre was due to be held from the 9th to the 11th of December at the popular motor museum in the New Forest, but organisers, Immediate Live, have made the decision to cancel.
They said in a statement: "The current economic climate has proved incredibly challenging to deliver an event that will meet the expected quality of experience for visitors and exhibitors, alongside the Beaulieu attraction.
Visitors will receive a full refund for paid-for tickets purchased and any added extras (including any transaction fees where applicable), within the next 10 working days.
"We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the Festive Fayre."
Despite the Festive Fayre being cancelled, the Beaulieu visitor attraction will be open that weekend with Palace House being decorated ready for Christmas with a tree in every room, log fires and Christmas crafts for children.
