Wiltshire Police have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a 60-year-old woman had her purse stolen in Salisbury.
The victim was shopping in Waitrose, in Churchill Way West, on the morning of 5th April 2022 when she realised her purse had been taken from her handbag.
She alerted her bank and was informed that two of her cards had been used to make two contactless payments of £100 each.
A spokesperson for the police said, "If you recognise the man pictured in the image, or if you have any information which could assist our enquiries, please contact 101, quoting crime reference 54220034779.
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
