Businesses invited to come together to IGNITE and CRAFT

Local Architect and Artist, Tim Scrace, is inviting local businesses and entrepreneurs to come together to work together and collaborate at the latest IGNITE event.

Whether you’re wrestling with a tight budget, a turbulent world, or fears of an apocalypse, we believe it’s time to reclaim control and manifest our future. Creativity has always been our ally in bleak times, and now more than ever, it’s time for our community to come together and make real things happen.

The latest IGNITE event series, with one every 3 months, has been setup with this purpose, sparking action through shared ideas, creativity, and collaboration.

It’s time to…

IGNITE + CRAFT, COLLABORATE, CREATE

IGNITE + CRAFT, the first in the series, will take place on Friday 29th November.

The idea behind IGNITE + CRAFT is to share as many different processes and ideas as we can in one afternoon; to spark conversations about craft; our approach and the similarities we share.  This is an immersive event, designed to take a deep dive into the heart of crafting, practice and business.

The line-up includes a melting pot of talent and creativity, featuring artists, bakers, beer makers, builders, designers, game developers, painters, and more. Each will share and (in some cases demonstrate), their thoughts about their craft, in a series of ten-minute talks.

Curated by Tim Scrace and the Scrace Architects team, IGNITE + CRAFT is free to attend and aims to bring creatives and businesses together and inspire action. Sponsored by the University of Winchester and with a fantastic and varied line up, this event promises to be the best yet.
