The man charged with the murder of Tsvetomir Genov will stand trial in Winchester starting today.
Maurice Jones is accused of stabbing Genov on Gainsborough Close in August 2023, which led to the 20-year-old losing his life.
Jones pleaded not guilty at a short hearing in December and was remanded in custody by Judge Angela Morris.
Tsvetomir, known as TG, a father to a young boy, was stabbed on Gainsborough Close, dying at the scene.
