Almost time to 'Shop the Rock'

Salisbury Racecourse will come alive in just one week with the vibrant atmosphere of the Rockbourne Fair, the annual autumn shopping extravaganza, in aid of Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospital’s Charity.

This year, over 100 carefully curated stalls will offer an array of unique products, ranging from the latest in fashion, cosmetics, and jewellery to delectable artisan foods, luxurious homeware, toys and other quirky gifts.

This highly anticipated event is held over three days, with late-night shopping on Thursday, 19th October, until 8 pm. Visitors are encouraged to make a day of it: meet friends, enjoy lunch at the restaurant and make a head start with their Christmas shopping.

Every purchase made directly helps the Stars Appeal in reaching its target of £1 million for enhancing patient care and creating tangible, positive change for both patients and staff at Salisbury District Hospital.

Bev Moulding, Committee Chair, commented: “The final countdown has begun! We're looking forward to seeing familiar faces and meeting new people who make the journey to ‘Shop the Rock’. Let's make it a fair to remember, celebrating community, small businesses, and raise as much as we can to help our local hospital.”
