With amber warnings in place for extreme heat across Salisbury, South Wiltshire and West Hampshire, a red warning is now in place for Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Wiltshire Council is continuing to support residents facing financial hardship through its local delivery of the Government’s Crisis and Resilience Fund, working in partnership with key organisations, including Wiltshire Citizens Advice and the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE), to provide targeted help. 

Police officers were in attendance at Stonehenge and Avebury to welcome in the longest day of the year and thanked those in attendance for a safe summer solstice.
